    • Each item undergoes a thorough inspection before shipping to ensure it matches the description and meets our quality standards. Returns will not be accepted if the delivered product matches the description and is free from defects.
  2. Product Quality Assurance
    • All images displayed on our website are original, taken by the Romotrends team. The products you see online are the exact items you will receive. We encourage you to carefully review all images and descriptions before making a purchase.
    • We record a video of each product before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition. If an item is found to be deliberately damaged upon return, a significant fine will be imposed.
  3. Size-Related Returns
    • Returns based solely on size preference will not be accepted if the size you selected was delivered correctly.
    • However, in certain cases, if the size does not fit as expected, you may request a return. Please note:
      • The customer is responsible for covering return shipping charges.
      • A flat fee of ₹400 – ₹500 will be applied for size-related returns.
  4. Return Process
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
